Stark & Stark is pleased to welcome new attorney, John P. Maloney, Esq., to the firm.
Mr. Maloney is joining Stark & Stark’s Business & Corporate Group and Business Succession Planning Group as a Shareholder, focusing his practice on corporate transactional and governance matters. John is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and Fairfield University, and is currently barred in New York, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
John has over 30 years of experience representing a wide range of businesses, including investment management companies, manufacturing businesses, and companies within the service sector, such as those within the apparel, pharmaceutical, internet technology, transportation, packaged foods, food additives, and real estate development industries.
Mr. Maloney will focus his practice on mergers, asset and stock purchases and sales, joint ventures, reorganizations, commercial lending, leasing, commercial contracts, equity investments, and new entity formation.
