Stark & Stark Shareholder John S. Eory, member of the firm’s Divorce group, authored the article titled “The Graying of Divorce,” published in U.S. 1 on Wednesday, September 4, 2013.
The article discusses a recent study conducted by Bowling Green University that determined the rate of divorce among adults 50 years of age or older doubled between 1990 and 2010. Mr. Eory states, “there is a positive association between full time employment by women 50 and older and the rate of divorce .”
