Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Shareholder David Schmid has joined the Board of Directors of the Burn Prevention Network.
The Burn Prevention Network is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Allentown, PA, that strives to create a world without burns through a variety of programs on prevention, intervention, medical outcome quality improvement, and burn survivor support. The Burn Prevention Network collaborates with community partners including fire services, first responders, emergency service groups, educators, and healthcare provider organizations to reach people who are at risk of burns and spread awareness.
“I am so honored to join the Board of Directors for the Burn Prevention Network,” said David. “This organization does tremendous work educating the public to reduce the risk of burns and support the burn survivor community. I am excited to work with such an amazing group of people.”
David is a member of the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury, Burn Injury, Construction Accident, and Traumatic Brain Injury groups. He focuses his practice on cases involving serious and catastrophic injuries, and specializes on severe burn injuries, construction injuries, automobile negligence, and premises liability.
