In a recent case, Shareholder Bhaveen R. Jani and his team obtained a $1 million settlement for a client who was injured in a rear-end auto crash and suffered a mild traumatic brain injury.
“I’m very fortunate to help out individuals in need get the compensation they deserve for injuries they never wanted or asked for,” said Bhaveen. “We can’t go back in time but we can make the future a little less bleak. Bhaveen is a member of the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of motor vehicle and tractor-trailer crashes, which result in catastrophic spinal injuries and traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death claims, and premise liability matters.
He is an active member of the Bar and serves on the Board of Governors for both the New Jersey Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He is a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law and is a two-time past President of the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey.
