U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers recently announced the 2021 “Best Law Firms” rankings, and Stark & Stark has been recognized on Metropolitan Tiers 1, 2, & 3 in New Jersey and Pennsylvania*.
According to U.S. News & World Report, rankings are determined by a multitude of factors. First, data is collected from Best Lawyers ballots, which can only be completed by attorneys who are currently recognized by Best Lawyers. Then, all of the quantitative and qualitative data is combined into an overall “Best Law Firms” score for each firm. Because firms are often separated by small or insignificant differences in overall score, they use a tiering system rather than ranking law firms sequentially.
“We are truly honored to be recognized once again by U.S. News & World Report across a wide range of our practice areas,” said Managing Shareholder Michael Donahue. “Everyone at Stark & Stark works extremely hard to serve our clients and our community. We are so humbled to receive this recognition by our clients and peers as a testament to our work ethic and commitment to outstanding service.”
According to Best Lawyers, “the 2021 rankings are based on a combination of client feedback, information provided on the Law Firm Survey, the Law Firm Leaders Survey, and Best Lawyers. A firm must have at least one attorney who has received high enough peer review to be listed in the current edition of Best Lawyers. Firms are eligible in the practice area(s) and metro region(s) in which they have listed lawyers.”
