Join Stark & Stark and AEI Consultants as they present a free seminar “NJDEP’s Next Requirements for Environmentally-Impacted Commercial Real Estate” on March 26 from 7:00am – 9:00am.
The breakfast seminar, led by the real estate attorneys from Stark & Stark and environmental consultants from AEI Consultants, all of whom serve the tri-state area, will be a case study on the upcoming May 7, 2019 NJDEP deadline, and how it will affect commercial real estate transactions in New Jersey.
Shareholder Dolores Kelley will be presenting on the panel. Dolores represents start-ups and emerging companies, breweries, distilleries, and non-profit organizations on a variety of issues including corporate formation, financing, licensing, acquisitions employment agreements and intellectual property law. She also handles a wide range of matters for the real estate industry, including commercial transactions, leasing, condominium and homeowner association formation and representation of developers and landowners in land use applications.
Shareholder Tom Onder will be moderating the panel. Tom concentrates his practice in the area of commercial leasing and litigation, and is also regularly involved in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy forums representing commercial landlords and developers, financial institutions, equipment leasors and trade creditors in a variety of matters.
