The Trenton Circus Squad has welcomed Stark & Stark Associate Michael C. Shapiro to their Board of Trustees. The Trenton Circus Squad’s mission is to “inspire young people to take big leaps in life.” Their members “learn how to cooperate, push themselves and serve their community – all through the astonishing practice of circus arts.”
As a member of the Board, Mr. Shapiro will participate in the development of a strategic plan and evaluate different decisions. As an attorney, he will also be assisting the organization with risk management, insurance, and compliance and regulations. In September, he will be assigned a specific committee to work with for the organization.
Mr. Shapiro is ready to take on this position with pride and excitement. “Since I’m not a Mercer County native, I think joining this Board with such a focus in the Trenton and surrounding areas is a great opportunity to give back to the community,” he stated. “It’s also a great way to meet others who are also looking to improve the lives of local citizens. I think that’s a big part of what we do here at Stark & Stark, the Circus Squad, and in our personal and professional lives.”
Mr. Shapiro is a member of the Accident & Personal Injury group at Stark & Stark. Born and raised in North Jersey, Michael is proud to represent the people of this State in their fight to right the wrongs they have suffered. He focuses his practice on representing people who have suffered catastrophic injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and death, resulting from automobile crashes, products liability, and premises liability.
