The Middletown Board of Supervisors has named Stark & Stark Shareholder, Michael Ksiazek as a chairperson of the Town of Middletown Bucks County Board. The Board’s responsibilities include the legislative functions of enacting ordinances and resolutions, adopting an annual budget, levying taxes, making financial appropriations, awarding bids and contracts, and making appointments to volunteer boards and commissions.
There are five members of the Board of Supervisors for Middletown Township, each elected by the community to serve staggered six-year terms. Michael’s term began on January 1, 2018, and will end on December 31, 2023.
Mr. Ksiazek is involved with the greater Bucks County community in several ways, including as serving as a board member for the Southampton-based Sunshine Foundation and a member of Safe Kids Bucks County, the Yardley Executive Roundtable, and End Distracted Driving. He is also a coach for St. Andrew’s CYO.
Mr. Ksiazek is a member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Department, practicing out of the firm’s Yardley, PA office. He concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, with a particular focus on medical negligence and medical product liability cases.
