Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Shareholder Joseph A. Cullen, Esq. was appointed to the transition team of Pennsylvania Attorney General Elect Dave on Sunday. He has joined the Civil Law Committee, a subcommittee of the Civil Law & Consumer Protection Committee, which will provide advice and guidance regarding any previous experience with Office of Attorney General. According to the Attorney General-Elect’s announcement, “Each committee will be asked to engage with stakeholders in their issue area to prepare recommendations and background for their experience with the Attorney General’s office, what is working, what needs improved and suggestions for those improvements.”
Regarding his appointment, Joseph Cullen stated, “I am honored to serve on the transition team of Attorney General Elect Dave Sunday. I look forward to helping Attorney General Dave Sunday y working with other attorneys throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to make recommendations in civil law which will improve the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.”
