Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Shareholder Bhaveen Jani has been selected to serve as New Jersey’s Revitalization Governor for the American Association for Justice starting this month for a two-year term. The Revitalization Governor is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice, which is the governing body of the Association and helps to further the Association’s mission to promote justice and fairness for injured persons and safeguard victims’ rights. The American Association for Justice has successfully defended Americans’ right to trial by jury for over 70 years and continues fighting today to protect practices, clients’ rights, and the civil justice system.
Bhaveen has previously been involved with the American Association for Justice as the Minority Caucus Fundraising Chair, and served as a member of the Membership Outreach Committee. “I’m honored to have been selected by my colleagues to serve in this vital role on a national level where I can advocate for a fair legal system which is accessible to all,” said Bhaveen. “I’m also able to bring my perspective to AAJ as a New Jersey trial lawyer.”
