Stephen is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, and he is a member of the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury practice in the Marlton, NJ office.
Stephen represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters, representing clients who have suffered catastrophic, life-changing injuries in motor vehicle collisions or fall-down incidents. Additionally, he has extensive experience in representing clients who have sustained serious injuries resulting from dog bites, product liability, assault and other cases of general liability.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark Stephen served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James E. Rafferty, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division for Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties.
In addition to his legal career, Stephen holds a New Jersey Standard Teaching License, permitting him to teach history at both the middle and high school levels.
Stephen is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association. He also serves as a volunteer judge for The College of New Jersey’s semiannual moot court tournament. In the past, he coached the Hamilton High School–West mock trial team in preparation for two of its New Jersey State Bar Foundation High School Mock Trial Competitions. Outside of the law, he is an avid runner and a longtime member of the Road Runners Club of Woodbury.
