Ryan Wintermute, Esq. is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Business Litigation Group.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Ryan served an Associate for a law firm in White Plains, NY in their Commercial Litigation & White-Collar Criminal Defense practice. Ryan is a graduate of Rutgers Law School. He served a clerkship to the Hon. Gretchen Walsh in the New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division & Environmental Claims Part. Additionally, he served externships for the Hon. Andrew B. Altenburg in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and for the Hon. Michael Haas in the N.J. Superior Court, Appellate Division.
