Richard C. Belli, Jr., is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Mr. Belli dedicates his work to protecting the rights of injured workers from a wide variety of professions and backgrounds throughout the State of New Jersey including those who have suffered permanent and catastrophic injuries as well as workers injured due to the negligence of a third party. Mr. Belli has secured total and permanent disability benefits for injured workers as well as medical treatment and benefits for workers who have sustained injuries due to the daily exertions and exposures of their employment. Mr. Belli approaches each case individually and tailors his strategy based upon the individual client’s needs.
Mr. Belli is a South Jersey native and has exclusively practiced workers’ compensation law and represented injured workers in New Jersey for more than twenty-five years. He has personally handled all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, from the initial client interview to final resolution of the client’s workers’ compensation claim through negotiation, trial or appeal.
Mr. Belli is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, Camden County and Burlington County Bar Associations, and the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG) where he sits on the editorial board for Workers’ First Watch, the organization’s semi-annual membership magazine. Mr. Belli takes pride in volunteering his time in the community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors, and is the immediate past vice president, of Anchor House, a non-profit organization that provides a safe haven for abused, runaway, homeless and at-risk youth in New Jersey.
