Michael Ksiazek is a Shareholder at Stark & Stark. Michael concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, with a particular focus on medical malpractice and medical product liability cases. A seasoned litigator and trial lawyer, Michael has represented clients in complex cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey in both State and Federal Courts.
Michael graduated, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for the Law Review. He interned with the District Attorney’s Office in Boston. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Michael practiced with law firms in Philadelphia and Boston, where he gained valuable experience defending medical liability claims on behalf of major health systems and insurance companies. This gives Michael unique knowledge and insight that greatly benefits his clients.
Michael is very active in the community. He is an elected Township Supervisor in Middletown, Bucks County, where he currently serves as Chairperson. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Sunshine Foundation, a national charity that answers dreams for chronically ill, disabled, and abused children. He is a member of the St. Andrew Catholic School Advisory Board. He serves as an Arbitrator in the Bucks County Court of Common Please. Michael is also the Chairperson of the firm Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Michael was selected as an Emerging Leader by the Bucks County Courier Times in 2016. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the Bucks County Bar Association.
