John Lowenberg is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group where he represents clients who have suffered from catastrophic injuries, including death, resulting from auto accidents, product liability, and premises liability.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, John worked as the Deputy Attorney General for the Transportation, Construction, and Condemnation Section in the office of the New Jersey Attorney General. In this position, he represented the New Jersey Department of Transportation and the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission in mediations, settlement hearings, and administrative trials. John has also worked as an associate attorney for several firms, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kay Walcott-Henderson, J.S.C., at the Mercer County Superior Court, Family Part in Trenton, NJ, and for a law firm in Cranford, NJ.
John is a member of the bar of the State of New Jersey. A native of Ewing, NJ, John volunteers his time as an Essay Grader for the Themis Bar Review and is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, attempting to get his lawn under control, and spending time with his family.
