Joel R. Rosenberg is an expert Civil Trial Attorney as certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Mr. Rosenberg is also a member of the Motorcycle Accidents and Accident & Personal Injury groups at Stark & Stark.
For over 38 years, Joel has focused his practice on representing people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic injuries, including death resulting from automobile crashes, motorcycle crashes, and premises liability throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Joel is an experienced and skilled litgator who has tried cases to verdict in counties throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is certified as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by both the New Jersey Supreme Court and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Joel is chair of the Board of Directors of Quilts for Kids, Inc., an organization which transforms discontinued designer fabrics into quilts to comfort children with cancer, AIDS, and other life threatening illnesses as well as battered and abused children. In addition, he is a board member of the Barkann Family Healing Hearts Foundation that provides financial support to help families across the Delaware Valley whose hearts have been broken by the sudden illness or sudden loss of life of a loved one. He is also active in the annual MDA Ride for Life sponsored by the Eastern Harley-Davidson Dealers Association. MDA Ride for Life is the most successful single, largest purpose-driven Harley-Davidson fundraising event in the world. In 2018, Joel rode in the Harley Davidson 115th Anniversary Parade in Milwaukee, as an invited guest of MDA.
He is also a member of the American Motorcycle Association and the Harley Owners Group.
