Jason A. Zajdel is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Accident and Personal Injury Group where he represents plaintiffs in personal injury litigation matters in the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury and Construction Injury Groups. He concentrates his practice in wrongful death suits and cases resulting in catastrophic injuries.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Jason practiced law at two firms in Philadelphia, where he represented companies and corporations regarding product liability, premise liability, employer liability, and commercial motor vehicle accidents. Jason has insight into insurance policies from his experience as an attorney defending insurance claims and also as a claims adjuster for a national insurance company.
During his time at Syracuse Law, Jason served as a student attorney for the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and the Securities Arbitration & Consumer Law Clinic. He also served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable George A. Pagano.
