Deborah S. Dunn is an expert Civil Trial Attorney as certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. In addition, Ms. Dunn is a Co-Chair of the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury group and member Motorcycle Injury practice in the Marlton, New Jersey office.
Ms. Dunn specializes in representing victims who have been injured or died as the result of motorcycle accidents. She also represents individuals that have been catastrophically injured or killed due to the negligence of others. Ms. Dunn is an aggressive and compassionate advocate dedicated to fighting for the rights of others.
Ms. Dunn is a member of the National and State Trial Lawyers Associations, serving on the Board of Governors and as Assistant Secretary of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). She is also a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and an active member of the AAJ’s Women Trial Lawyers Caucus. Ms. Dunn is honored to serve the community as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Mercer Council on Alcoholism and Drug Addiction and to serve women and children through her work on the Board of Directors of the Parker Mother and Child Foundation. Additionally, she is a member of Stark & Stark’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Before joining Stark & Stark, Ms. Dunn served as a law clerk to The Honorable Thomas P. Kelly, Mercer County Superior Court, New Jersey. While in law school, Ms. Dunn was actively involved in multiple community outreach programs. Ms. Dunn participated in Rutgers University’s Civil Practice Clinic which provides individuals with access to lawyers able to assist with issues related to probate, disability, discrimination litigation, and mediation matters. Additionally, Ms. Dunn volunteered her time assisting underprivileged families providing advice on personal bankruptcy proceedings. She was also an adjunct professor for Mercer County Community College.
Ms. Dunn currently lives in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their son, Joey.
