Daniel L. Haggerty is a Retired Shareholder and former member of the Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Group of Stark & Stark. Mr. Haggerty concentrated his practice primarily in the area of real estate law for over 30 years. He represented numerous developers and landowners in land use applications before municipal planning boards, zoning boards and other local, county and state governmental authorities and agencies throughout New Jersey. Mr. Haggerty also had extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Mr. Haggerty did a substantial amount of pro bono work for various local organizations, and is a lector and a Eucharistic Minister at the Church of St. Ann.
