Bryan M. Roberts is a Shareholder at Stark & Stark, where he represents the victims of commercial motor vehicle crashes in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. For the last 19 years, Bryan has maintained a Commercial Driver’s License (“CDL”). Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Bryan worked for a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania law firm where he served as a member of the national coordinating trial counsel team for a Fortune 50 international motor carrier in multi-million dollar wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury claims involving tractor-trailer and large truck crashes. Bryan’s unique background gives him great insight into commercial motor vehicle cases, and he has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements arising out of motor vehicle and commercial motor vehicle crashes.
Bryan is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney. Approximately 2% of the active lawyers in the State of New Jersey are certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Bryan has published numerous scholarly articles on commercial motor vehicle litigation and lectured on trial advocacy and commercial motor vehicle topics throughout the country. Bryan currently holds leadership positions with the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and the American Association for Justice Trucking Litigation Group.

Bryan was appointed to serve the Mercer County Bar Association as a Trustee for a 3-year term beginning in 2020.
Bryan previously lived in Mexico and Spain and continues to maintain proficiency in Spanish. Bryan proudly serves his community as a youth baseball coach.
