Bianca A. Roberto is a Shareholder and member of Stark & Stark’s Litigation, Shareholder & Partner Disputes, and Shopping Center and Retail Development Groups. Ms. Roberto concentrates her practice in civil and commercial litigation, including the counseling and representation of clients in business and commercial disputes, conflicts between business owners, estate litigation matters, and real property disputes.
Ms. Roberto skillfully represents clients in litigation matters in a variety of forums, including federal and state courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She counsels business owners on matters including breach of contract, minority shareholder oppression, products liability, business divorces, commercial lease disputes, and reclaiming possession of real property. Ms. Roberto represents individuals in disagreements over estate administration, guardianships, and trusts. She obtains positive results for her clients by securing pre-suit and pre-trial resolution of matters, and favorable verdicts and judgments at trial.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Ms. Roberto served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert O. Baldi and the Honorable Wallace H. Bateman, Jr. in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. Ms. Roberto served as a judicial intern to the Honorable J. Michael Eakin in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Ms. Roberto also served as a legal intern at the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance – Mcare Fund, and Highmark Blue Shield.
Ms. Roberto is active in the community charitable organizations including Kidsbridge, where she sits on the Board of Advisors, and is a member of the organization’s Governance Committee and Events Committee. She is also an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association where she previously served as the Chair of the Young Lawyers Division, and sat on the Board of Directors.
