Pierce Kenny is a member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury group in the firm’s Marlton, New Jersey office. He represents clients who have been catastrophically injured or killed due to the negligence of others in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death cases, sexual abuse, and spinal cord injuries.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Pierce served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Samuel J. Ragonese, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Courts in Gloucester County. He also served as a law clerk for a law firm in Dresher, PA, and as an enforcement intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
