The New Jersey Courts continue to experience significant backlogs throughout the State. The NJ Supreme Court has taken several steps to address this, including most recently, issuing an order which will assign new contested divorce cases filed in Mercer County to other counties in the state for resolution, including Atlantic, Burlington, Middlesex, and Cape May.
