Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Shareholder Bhaveen R. Jani has been reappointed to serve as New Jersey’s Revitalization Governor for the American Association for Justice for another two-year term beginning in February. The Revitalization Governor is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice, which is the governing body of the Association and helps to further the Association’s mission to promote justice and fairness for injured persons and safeguard victims’ rights. The American Association for Justice has successfully defended Americans’ right to trial by jury for over 70 years and continues fighting today to protect practices, clients’ rights, and the civil justice system.
Bhaveen has been involved with the American Association for Justice for several years and current serves as the Minority Caucus Fundraising Chair, and as a member of the Membership Outreach Committee.
“I’m proud and honored to represent New Jersey as the Revitalization Governor for the American Association for Justice,” said Bhaveen. “I thank my colleagues for appointing me and I’m excited to work with so many esteemed trial lawyers from around the country to provide our clients with the justice they deserve.”
