Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Shareholder Joseph Lemkin, Esq. has been appointed as Director Emeritus of the Rutgers University Alumni Association.
Joseph received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1990 and previously served as Chair of the Rutgers University Alumni Association and President of the Rutgers Touchdown Club. He currently serves as the Development Board Chair for the Rutgers Center for the Study of Genocide and Human Rights.
“I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to serve the Rutgers Alumni Community as a Director Emeritus,” said Joseph. “I look forward to furthering my personal commitment to our Scarlet Knight brother- and sisterhood in this capacity.”
Joseph is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group. His practice primarily focuses on the areas of bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, business reorganization, and related matters, with a particular emphasis on creditors’ rights.
