Thomas Michael Kellerman is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Investment Management & Securities Practice Group, where he focuses upon counseling financial service entities including investment advisers, broker-dealers, public and private investment companies (e.g., mutual funds, hedge funds, etc.), insurance brokers/agents, CPA firms and their employees, about registration, compliance, liability, and litigation issues.
During his time at Rutgers Law, Thomas participated in the Entrepreneurship Clinic and achieved the Corporate and Business Law Certificate. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kellerman served as a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk for a law firm in Melville, NY, and served as a Summer Law Clerk to a law firm in Hackensack, NJ. He previously worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he managed clients’ accounts encompassing over forty million dollars in assets.
Mr. Kellerman has held the Series 6 and 63 FINRA securities licenses.
