In a recent case, Shareholder Deborah S. Dunn and her team obtained a $3.45 million settlement for the victim of a slip and fall in Camden County. Deborah’s client aggravated a preexisting orthopedic injury and had to undergo several spine surgeries as a result of the fall.
“We are honored to have stood beside this client and forced the Defendants to accept responsibility for the harms she suffered as a result of their negligence,” said Deborah.
