Over the weekend, a white supremacist committed domestic terrorism. The racially motivated mass shooting in Buffalo again shows us that we continue to live in a country where people of color live in fear, where a simple trip to the grocery store can end in tragedy.
It breaks our hearts to witness such a senseless act of evil hatred. We stand together to support each other and our African American community. Racism, in all its forms, has no home here. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, and our community.
