Stark & Stark is recognizing Domestic Violence Awareness Month by hosting a webinar on “The Life Cycle of a Domestic Violence Case” on October 20, 2021 at 12:00 PM. During this webinar Jennifer Millner, Esq. will give an overview of the cycle of domestic violence cases and the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act.
Attendees will learn the relationships that qualify for protection under PDVA, the details of an act of domestic violence, what situations are covered by Sexual Assault Survivors Protection, and the problems/issues with application on college campuses.
