The Community Associations Institute New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ) has appointed Stark & Stark Shareholder Mary Barrett, Esquire to the Board of Directors. The Board’s responsibilities include supervising and directing the objectives of the Chapter, overseeing the Chapter’s funds, and leading by example following the purposes of CAI.
Mary’s three year term will begin in January 2021, after which she will have the option of serving an additional three-year term.
Mary has been involved with CAI-NJ for many years. She has served on the editorial committee and has also won the Author of the Year Award. “I’m honored to be working with my fellow members on the CAI-NJ Board of Directors. This organization has always been very important to me, and I am eager to use my legal experience working for and with community associations to better support the CAI-NJ. While this has been a challenging year for most of us, I truly believe that focusing on the mission of the Chapter can help us continue to grow bigger, better, and stronger for years to come.”
Mary Barrett is a member of Stark & Stark’s Community Associations Group. She concentrates her practice in the representation of homeowners associations, condominium associations, and cooperatives throughout New Jersey.
