Stark & Stark Shareholder R. Tyler Tomlinson, member of the Accident & Personal Injury Group, was recently selected by the Bucks County Commissioners as the new member of the Bucks County Planning Commission (BCPC). Mr. Tomlinson will be filling the vacancy left by Joseph A. Cullen, Esq., until January of 2017.
The BCPC is an advisory board to the Bucks County Commissioners, and provides assistance and advice on planning and land use issues in the county. Additionally, the BCPC reviews plans of proposed development facilities and sewage facilities, as well as stormwater management planning for Bucks County’s watersheds.
“I know that [the Bucks County Commissioners] consider citizen input to be a high priority in Bucks County, and I’m honored that they would be willing to include me on the [BCPC] board,” said Mr. Tomlinson.
Mr. Tomlinson concentrates his practice at Stark & Stark in wrongful death cases, and also has extensive experience with personal injury cases. Mr. Tomlinson is a Stark & Stark Shareholder in the Yardley, Pennsylvania office.
