Domenic Sanginiti, Jr. is an expert Civil Trial Attorney as certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury practice.
Domenic focuses his practice on representing people who have suffered spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic injuries, including death, resulting from construction accidents, car crashes, ride-share crashes, motorcycle crashes, slip and falls, trip and falls and product liability claims focused on explosions.
Domenic is an experienced and skilled litigator who has tried cases to verdict throughout New Jersey. He truly cares about his clients and fights tirelessly to hold corporations and insurance companies accountable.
Domenic has served as a leader of multiple associations dedicated to preserving legal rights of individuals and access to the courts. He is a Board of Governor of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), a position he has been elected to multiple times. He currently co-chairs the AAJ PAC Development Committee while also serving as an AAJ PAC Trustee. He was recently appointed to AAJ State Relations Task Force. Previously, he was appointed a faculty member of AAJ’s Deposition College in 2020, served on the Membership Oversight Committee, Public Affairs Committee, the Voter Protection Committee, the Law School Committee, the Trial Lawyers Care Committee, and the Election Committee. Domenic also is the regional chair for AAJ’s annual Student Trial Advocacy Competition. He is also a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) where he previously served as co-chairperson of the Mentoring Committee and co-authored an amicus brief on behalf of the Association.
In addition, Domenic is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association, the Burlington County Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar Association. He is certified by the Administrative Office of the Courts as a mediator in the State of New Jersey. In addition, he is certified by the Administrative Office of the Courts as an arbitrator in the State of New Jersey. He previously served on Stark & Stark’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Domenic serves his community through his involvement in various non-profit organizations. He is currently a board member of CASA for Children of Mercer & Burlington Counties which advocates children and youth. He is also currently on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mercer County. He previously served as a three-term president of the Board of Enable, Inc. He also previously sat on the Board of Directors of Camp Fire New Jersey, where he was also a member of the Executive Committee.
Domenic served as the mock trial coach for Delran High School for many years. Currently, Domenic is the Chairperson of the Mercer County Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition. Since 2018, he has conducted many presentations throughout New Jersey about the dangers of e-cigarette use to various middle schools, high schools, and youth organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America. He has also lectured across the country as an instructor for End Distracted Driving (EndDD.org).
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Domenic practiced personal injury for two South Jersey law firms, where he defended casinos against personal injury claims, as well as defended health insurance carriers against claims for benefits under ERISA. Domenic served as judicial law clerk to retired Supreme Court Justice Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina, while he was presiding judge of the Civil Division of Camden County, New Jersey.
