He also represents client in domestic violence matters.
Mr. Ragone is a trained Collaborative Attorney who believes that the way you and your spouse proceed through the end of your marriage may significantly affect your and your family’s happiness and satisfaction post-divorce.
As an alternative to traditional litigation, the collaborative process provides a healthier transition to post-divorce life for the parties and their families. By focusing on the parties’ goals and all the financial, mental and emotional difficulties a divorce inevitably brings forth, the parties in the collaborative process are often able to craft a more durable, satisfying resolution to their divorce without the negative effects often seen after a highly contested litigated divorce.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Ragone served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Lawrence R. Jones, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division in Toms River, New Jersey. He went on to work as an associate at another New Jersey law firm where he represented clients in all aspects of matrimonial and non-dissolution litigation, including motion practice, trials, mediations and arbitrations. He has extensive experience in providing clients with interstate child-related disputes with solutions pursuant to the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act and Uniform Interstate Family Support Act.
