Michael Pidgeon is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group of Stark & Stark, P.C. He represents clients in all phases of civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels, with an emphasis on cases involving applications for preliminary or temporary injunctive relief. These matters include intellectual property litigation, shareholder disputes, business torts, construction litigation, real estate litigation, class actions, franchise litigation, cases involving labor and employment law, and other complex litigation. Mr. Pidgeon has been involved in cases located throughout the nation in federal and state courts, as well in a variety of administrative forums and in arbitration.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Pidgeon served as the law clerk for the Honorable Neil H. Shuster, Superior Court of New Jersey, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, Mercer Vicinage during the 2004-2005 term. He originally joined Stark & Stark at the conclusion of his clerkship. During 2007 and 2008, Mr. Pidgeon worked for a law firm in Washington, D.C. that concentrates its practice in the areas of labor and employment law, government contracts, and intellectual property. Mr. Pidgeon re-joined Stark & Stark in April 2008.
